Booking Your Room:
We strongly advise that you book your accommodation by Thursday 28th August 2008 as Chordiem cannot guarantee availability at the hotels after this date.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
In the case of a full cancellation the individual rooms must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges.
The duration of the stay must be finalised at least 14 days prior to arrival. Early departures or late arrivals may be charged for the duration of the finalised booking, if the booking is changed after this time. This is at the individual hotels discretion and is dependent on the room being resold.
Check in time at all hotels is 2.00pm and check out time is 10.00am unless other wise stated
